Should any country have the right to send in unmanned planes or use other methods to spy on other countries? The United States continues to utilize technology to adance new methods to spy on allies as well as enemies.
I do not believe the United States would allow other countries to use unmanned drones to spy or enter the country.
However we do need to gather inteligience to protect out country and its citizens. We should be able to destroy the the equipment if it is compromised.
